Michael Arkfeld is an attorney, author (Arkfeld on Electronic Discovery and Evidence treatise and a recently released publication on Artificial Intelligence (AI)) and educator.  Michael provides contemporary education, training and research for the legal concepts and technological issues involving electronic discovery and digital evidence, and more recently AI. These publications are available through LexisNexis.

He is currently a Faculty Fellow with the Center for Law, Science & Innovation, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and is a Professor of Practice at the University of Arizona College of Law where he taught a class on eDiscovery and Digital Evidence.
